Leonardo Hotel Koeln - Cologne

This hotel is nice, and has everything I need like free wi-fi, a fitness center, and an indoor swimming pool. On my first stay, the staff helped me find great nearby places to eat. Highly recommend immersing in the relaxing sauna. I'm coming back for Christmas!

Coffee and tea - top class breakfast. Very comfy bed, airy room with a delightful view of cathedral. Favourable location adjacent to subway as well as local trains with private parking.

The staff were Fantastic. Extremely helpful And welcoming. The room was excellent value for money. Nice bar. Good location.

Only one thin pillow. Usually there are 2 or another hidden In a cupboard somewhere The shower leaked onto the floor (room 434). Faulty door on it. A proper torrent which soaked anything on the floor.

The service provided by the reception staff stood out, with particular praise for a young man named Jeremy, who exemplified helpfulness. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, complemented by lovely touches like a sweet trolley in the lobby. On the downside, there were some minor repairs needed in the bathroom and the food prices felt slightly high compared to expectations. Nevertheless, the atmosphere was pleasant and conducive to relaxation.

Particularly good location with private parking available close to two stops from the centre of Koeln and 15 minute taxi ride to the airport, the city centre from there, and Volkan in the restaurant. Efficient check in and in general excellent service.

The staff made you feel welcomed. The rooms were spotless and very clean. I also enjoyed the sauna and swimming pool with free bathrobes Only one thing I was not happy about was.......no tea or coffee facility in the rooms. I think if the management added this feature, the hotel would score very highly.

Location great - short tram ride away from both lanxess arena and downtown Koeln. Tram stop about 5 minutes away from hotel by foot. Supermarket close-by. Pool was nice.

The absence of toiletries and mini fridge is unacceptable.

The hotel was a very good, excelent location with public transport nearby, quite and clean.

The hotel could offer free internet and the breakfast must not be so expensive.

I had to go up and down to the Koelnmesse and that is very near and easy to reach from the hotel (by car)

There are no restaurants in the area at walking distance.
